UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS V SD NEGERI 1 PALEMBANG DENGAN PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DISCOVERY LEARNING PADA SUBTEMA PERPINDAHAN KALOR DI SEKITAR KITA

- The purpose of this study was to describe an increase the learning outcomes and activeness of Class V Students of SD Negeri 1 Palembang with using a model of Discovery Learning in the sub-theme heat transfer around us. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 2 cycles of action. The research subjects were grade V D students, totaling 31 students consisting of 17 male students and 14 female students. The data collection technique used test and observation. The results of the study show that the average grade in the first cycle is 68 and the classical completeness percentage is 42%. In the second cycle there was an increase in student learning outcomes with an average score of 84 and classical completeness of 83,8%. The activeness of the students also experienced an increase in the first cycle, the number of student activity with an average of 61 classical completeness of 61.1% and classified as quiete active. Then in the second cycle, there was an increase with an average of 81 classical completeness of 81,4% and classified as active. So it can be concluded that by using a model of Discovery learning can improve learning outcomes and the activeness of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Palembang.
