- Duku (Lansium domesticum Corr.) Is a wet tropical plant in the form of trees originating from Malaysia and Indonesia (East Kalimantan). Besides, duku is also a horticultural crop that has high commercial value. The object of this research is to study the types of diseases that attack twigs duku plants and to find out the damage caused by the death of twigs on duku plant. This research is expected to provide information on the types of diseases that attack twigs duku plants and to get information about the damage caused by death of twigs on duku plant. This research using survey method. The results obtained showed the death of twigs on duku plants in Sirah Pulau Padang Ogan Komering District caused by the fungus Botryodiplodia spp. Diseases incidence the highes caused by the fungus Botryodiplodia spp. is in Bungin Tinggi village with the diseases incidence 73.6%. Diseases severity the highest caused by the fungus Botryodiplodia spp. is in the village of Bungin Tinggi with the diseases severity 14.7%. The occurrence of damage due to fungus Botryodiplodia spp. influenced by cultivation activities conducted by farmers. Diseases incidence caused by the fungus is high but the diseases severity is still low, thus it is necessary to control the fungus Botryodiplodia spp. in the duku plant before the incidence and the severity of the damage becomes high and leads to decreased production of plants due to the death of duku plant.
