- In the Bangkaness rural community the settlement of criminal act tyrannical, natural and light, was carried out outside the criminal law system. Theoretically, this pattern of settlement is truly admitted. Because there are two policies of criminal law which can be used in the settlement of criminal act. First, the policy though criminal law system, and second, the policy through outside the criminal law system. The method used in this research was a case study. The library nad field data were analyzed through law sociological analysis.
