  • Nutrition worker ratio in Musi Banyuasin Regency in 2018 has not reached the target of 2,14/100.000 population. This condition shows that the number and distribution of nutrilion workers is still very poor so that it can cause excessive workload. Therefore we need the planning of nutrition worker needs based on health workload analysis. This Study aims to arrange the number of nutritional needs in the Musi Banyuasin District Health Office. The method used is descriptive quantitative using health workload analysis methods. The sample was determined by the total population sampling method, namely nutrition workers in Musi Banyuasin Regency as many as 12 people. The information is collected through interviews and observations. The results of the research in the form of a description of the main activities and supporting nutrition workers in Musi Banyuasin District Health Center, aswell as the achievement of main activities in 1 year and health workload analysis showed that the public health center in Musi Banyuasin District experienced a shortage of nutrition workers due to high number of achievement of community targets that must be served. Based on the analysis of health workload, the need for nutrition workers who should be in Musi Banyuasin Regency is 45 people with the current number of nutrition workers as many as 12 people. There is a gap in the number of nutrition workers in the 12 public health center working area of the Musi Banyuasin Distric Health Office, which is still less as much 33 people. It is expected that the Health Office should carry out the recruitment of nutrition workers in accordance with the needs at the public health center.
