- This study aims to determine how the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in the Ogan Ilir District Health Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Ogan Ilir District Health Office, totaling 107 civil servants and a sample of 52 respondents. The technical analysis used in this study is a simple regression analysis technique. The results of the study concluded that the job satisfaction variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. The tool is useful for the Ogan Ilir District Health Office to increase satisfaction and improve the performance of its employees.
