- Water management is the first step that must be done, because managing water lands is the main factor that can lead to a decrease in land conditions. This study aims to analyze the management of micro water system that are directly related to tertiary bloks and the effect of groundwater conditions on rice production in the second planting season. The method used is survey and observation. Piscal boards are installed in tertiary canals and wells pipes are installed in farms with a distance of 200 meters. The results of this study are that water level fluctuations in tertiary channels have a height that is not as stable as the each month. To help insert water from tertiary canals into farms using pump machines. Surplus excess water (SEW-20) value shows that surplus water occurs in the second planting season for rice plants, only at the end of the second planting season the water reaches the level -50 cm or crosses the critical limit of rice rooting (-20 cm). Rice production in the second planting season is still relatively normal because the average yield of rice production in the second planting season is almost 5 tons/ha.
