  • Based on the results of field learning experience, Jejawi community complained of outpatient service in Jejawi Health center because doctors in Jejawi health center often do not come so that the examination is run by a health care nurse. Doctors who reside in Palembang cause the doctor to be late and often do not enter. This leads to the patient having to wait for a doctor with long waiting time. The number of doctors in Jejawi Health Center for both outpatient and hospitalization is one person. This research aims to analyse the quality of outpatient service based on patient satisfaction and lean healthcare method in the district of Jejawi Puskesmas, Ogan Komering Ilir regency. This research uses lean healthcare methods and quantitative approaches with cross sectional design through field observations and using questionnaire instruments as a patient satisfaction measurement tool. Based on the results of the study, the average time required for the respondent to complete an outpatient service in the health center of Kabupaten Jejawi Ogan Komering Ilir is 2,052 second. Value Added is 1,180 seconds, while the Non Value Added value obtained is 927 seconds. There are 16 attributes that are considered dissatisfied by the patient as they are below the average suitability (90.93%). In conclusion, the time used to get an outpatient service in Jejawi Health Center is still relatively moderate because it is in the range of 30-60 minutes and patients who utilize outpatient service in Jejawi Health Center are very satisfied. To minimize waiting time in general Poly, the head of health care can apply for doctors to practice in the Department of government Health and division of foreign duties to avoid involving the doctor.
