- This study entitled "Implementation of Marriage Management Information System Policy (SIMKAH) in Marriage Registration Services at the Office of Religious Affairs in Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency". This study aims to determine how the implementation of the marriage management information system policy (SIMKAH) in marriage registration services at the Office of Religious Affairs in Indralaya District. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data. data collection techniques are through the observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses the theory of implementation from Ripley and Franklin based on three perspectives to measure the success of policy implementation it’s self, wich are the level of compliance with applicable provisions, smooth functioning routines and also the realization of the desired performance and impact. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the marriage management information system policy (SIMKAH) in marriage registration services at the Office of Religious Affairs in Indralaya District has been running quite well, but not yet optimal because there are still obstacles in the process of policy implementation, just like the lack of quantity and quality of existing human resources and system errors in the SIMKAH application service menu. Suggestions that highly recommended in this study are the addition of competent human resources as well as a review and improvement of the hardware and software used by the Office of Religious Affairs in Indralaya District
