PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO ANIMASI BERBASIS SAINS PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B DI TK MELATI PRIMA PALEMBANG

- The research entitled Development of Science-Based Animation Video for Children 5-6 Years at Melati Prima Palembang Kindergarten, aims to develop science-based animation media products in group B childrend aged 5-6 years in kindergarten that is valid and practical. The development was carried out by using the ADDIE model and Tessmer’s formative evaluation. The ADDIE development model has five stages, namely the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stage. At the evaluation stage Tessmer’s formative evaluation is carried out with four stages, namely the self-evaluation, expert review, one to one evaluation, and small group evaluation stages. The data collection techniques uses walkthrough, observation and documentation. The results of expert review obtained an average value of 78,18% with a very valid category because in terms of material with aspects of content validity and construct validity that is the suitability of learning for children and conformity to the needs and development of children aged 5-6 years. Science-based video animation products are declared very valid because they are in accordance with the display design, presentation, use of fonts, display on screen and sound. Stage one to one evaluation of children on the use of video animation obtained an average observation result of 81,9% with a very practical category and at the small group evalution stage obtained results of 71,5% with a practical category because it is in accordance with the indicators of observation assessment that is the enthusiasm in using the media, the ease in showing the number of fish in the game, and their following the game usage instructions.
