  • This study aims to determine the relationship of agility and speed with the results of dribbling in the football game of 18 State Junior High School students in Palembang. The research method used is correlation, with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The independent variables in this study are agility and speed, while the dependent variable in this study is dribbling. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Data collection techniques to measure agility is by Illonios Agility Run (running agility), to measure speed by running 30 meters, and to measure dribbling by zigzag running. Based on the results of the discussion it can be concluded that all three variables have a significant value of less than 0.05 (significant value <0.05). The multiple correlation (R) between the independent variable and the dependent variable has a significant relationship because Fcount (-78.75) ≤Ftable (-58.2). Means there is a contribution of agility and speed relationship with the results of dribbling in the football game of 18 Palembang Junior High School students. The relationship is very strong so that if students have good agility and speed, it will also contribute well to dribbling. Provide information to teachers and coaches about the importance of understanding about agility and speed in improving athlete performance when dribbling.
