PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI TERBIMBING TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS (KPS) PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATERI SISTEM KOORDINASI KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA SELATAN

- This study aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning models on science process skills of students in the material of the coordination system of class XI of South Indralaya 1 High School. The research method used was Quasi Experimental with research design Pretest-Posttest Control of Non- Equivalent Control Group Design Group. Determination of samples using the Simple Random Side technique . Through drawing is determined two classes namely class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the control class. The method of data collection is done by written tests in the form of 30 multiple choice questions with five alternative answers and KPS performance observation sheets. Comparison of the average value of the experimental class final test is 83 with gain 47 while the final test control class is 71 with gain 26. The highest n-gain value in the experimental class is KPS interpreting / interpreting while the lowest n-gain is KPS communicating. Based on statistical tests using the SPSS t test ,probability value (significance) of 0,000 then the hypothesis H0 is rejected means that the guided inquiry model has a significant effect on KPS of students in the material of the coordination system of class XI of South Indralaya 1 High School.
