- This thesis, entitled "Studio 42 UHF" Program Success Strategy on Palembang TV Channel, is conducted to find out how the success of this program strategy. In conducting this research, using descriptive research with qualitative data types. The method of collecting data through depth in interviews refers to interview guidelines, observation, and documentation. Based on data analysis and discussion of research results that use the theory of program success according to Vane Gross in Morissan Book, Broadcast Media Management, there are 7 elements in the success of the program, there are conflict, duration, liking, consistency, energy, timing, and trends. The results of this study indicate that the four Studio 42 UHF production teams said the program used several strategies to be successful. The production team has applied each dimension correctly, although there are some obstacles, such as for example there are some dimensions that are not done together by the production team. It can be concluded that they carried out these elements or dimensions, so far they have reached the second highest rating.
