- This study aimed to analyze the influence of modernization of the tax administration system on tax compliance at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama (KPP) Palembang . The research data obtained from the questionnaire (primary) and some library research. The questionnaire in this study were distributed to self taxpayers with convenience sampling method Questionnaire data were tested by validity, reliability test, and test hypothesis using regreesion with SPSS version 20. The result showed that: (1) Organization structure does not affect on tax compliance at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Palembang, (2) process business using technology affect on tax compliance at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Palembang, (3) human resource affect on tax compliance at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Palembang.
