This study was aimed to determine the effect of workload on employees’ performance (case study on the employees’ of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Palembang Branch Office). The samples in this study were 31 respondents with sampling technique used census method, where the entire population was become sample. The Data collection techniques that used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique that was used in this study was simple regression analysis technique. The result of this study shows that the workload has a significant effect on the employees’ performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Palembang branch office.
