The purpose of study is to determine the effect of career development on the performance of staff on midwife at RSUD Dr. H.M. Rabain Muara Enim. The population and the sample in this study were 46 midwife in RSUD Dr. H.M. Rabain Muara Enim. Data collection used questionnaires to all midwife in RSUD Dr. H.M. Rabain Muara Enim. The analysis used simple linear regression analysis. The results of this indicate that career development is affect the performance of midwife at RSUD Dr. H.M. Rabain Muara Enim.
