- This research examines the effect of work discipline on the perfomance of employees in Puskesmas Celikah Kayuagung Regency Ogan Komering Ilir District. The population and the sample in this study were 64 Puskesmas Celikah Kayuagung Regency Ogan Komering Ilir District. Data collection used questionnaires to all employees. The analysis technique is simple linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that work discipline affects positive and significan the performance of Puskesmas Celikah Kayuagung Regency Ogan Komering Ilir District employees. In order to increase work discipline, it is always advisable to provide direction and socialization regarding the Puskesmas regulations to employees so that employees understand better the obligations that must be carried out, to improve performance can be implemented by improving the quality of employees, establish good relations between employees and leaders so as to create a comfortable working atmosphere, foster solidarity and enhance a sense of family in the work environment.
