- Abstract The purpose of this study is to: (1) to identify all stakeholders who are responsible for managing Water Swamp Rice Production At Pelabuhan Dalam Pemulutan District Ogan Ilir Regency. (2) Analyzing stakeholders' role and interest in managing the production of swamp rice At Pelabuhan Dalam Pemulutan District Ogan Ilir Regency. (3) Recognizing the connection between role and stakeholder to managing the production of swamp rice consumption At Pelabuhan Dalam Pemulutan District Ogan Ilir Regency. This research was done in the port village in denunciation of the Ogan Ilir District. Data collected and processed is processed from February 2019 to March 2019. The method used was the survey method by taking samples of 36 rice farmers selected by the simple random method of 350 rice farmers. Research on stakeholder roles and interests in the management of stakeholders' swamp production shows that: 1) there are 8 institutions that have different roles and interests in managing water swamp rice production, namely of agricultural services, agriculture Extension Agencies, marketing and distribution institutions, cooperative, villagers around, combined farmer groups, village government apparatus and sriwijaya university. 2) the society's interest and role in planning, enforcement, evaluation and monitoring of higher interests is agricultural services, cooperative, marketing and distribution institutions and villagers around. While there still have lesser roles and interests are the village government apparatus, Sriwijaya University, agriculture Extension Agencies and combined farmer groups. 3) the level of interest and role of the properly functioning agricultural services, agriculture Extension Agencies, marketing and distribution institutions and combined farmer groups and the need to be repaired for the level of interest and role is the cooperative, villagers around, village government apparatus and sriwijaya university. It's based on the scientific method of IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and is described through a cartesius diagram.
