Farmers' factors that influence farmers to convert from rubber to palm oil in Sisumut Village, have a significant effect on use change, namely the length of farming (years) negatively affecting conversion, income rubber, also has a negative effect on the level of use change, palm oil income has a positive effect on the level of use change, while the level of education (year) and age of the farmer have no significant effect on the decision of farmers to do function change. The average income for farmers after conversion from rubber to palm oil which is the average income of farmers before conversion is Rp. 9,826,712.31, and after changing the function the income becomes Rp. 54,943,670.48 So there is a difference in the income of Rp. 45,116,555.17 ha/th Or statistically based on the decision rule, namely reject H0 which states that there is a significant income difference between before and after conversion.
