- Study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance at PT. Grand Anugerah Wijaya Palembang. The population in this study amounted to 36 people. This study uses a saturated sampling method by taking all populations as respondents. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed that financial compensation had a significant positive effect on employee performance. For companies it is recommended to conduct an evaluation or adjustment by increasing employees salaries, in addition to paying attention to incentives and benefits provided to employees along with improving employees performance.
