- The purpose of this study were (1) Analyzing the productivity of rubber tappers in Penyandingan Village, Teluk Gelam Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, (2) Analyzing the total income of rubber farming households in Penyandingan Village, Teluk Gelam Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir District, and (3) Analyzing the level of welfare of rubber farmers in Penyandingan Village, Teluk Gelam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research activity has been carried out starting from April 2019 until finished in Penyandingan Village, Teluk Gelam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The method used in this study is a survey by giving questions (questionnaire) to rubber farmers, recording income and comparing it with the basic needs level. Meanwhile the data processing method used is quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative data analysis was performed using a tabulation method that was processed using the Excel program. The method of collecting data was by interviewing rubber farmers directly, tracing data, and official documents from various relevant agencies. Meanwhile secondary data was obtained by the Office of the Matching Village Head and the head of the farmer group. The results of the research have shown that (1) Physical productivity of smallholder rubber is 1,742.74 kg / lg / year, capital productivity is 36,057.70 Rp / kg / year and labor productivity is 761 kg / hour, ( 2) the total household income per rubber farmer in the Matching Village is Rp.2,616,952 per month and Rp.31,403,422 per year, and (3) the total household income per farmer is Rp.2,616,952 per month and basic needs of Rp. 2,251,000 per month, which when viewed the difference produces a positive value or income> basic needs, meaning that the rubber farmer household is living well (prosperous).
