EFEKTIVITAS IMPLEMENTASI REMUNERASI BADAN LAYANAN UMUM PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU TIMUR

- This study aims to assess the effectiveness of public service agency remuneration which have been implemented in RSUD OKU Timur. This type of study is descriptive qualitative. Technique of collecting data in this study by using interviews and documentation. The result of this study indicate that the remuneration of Public Service Agency in RSUD OKU Timur has been fully (100%) implemented accordance to The Regulation of Director Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regional Public Hospital Number 445/855/rsud-1/V/2018, so it can be categorized as effective. Despite the implemented of remuneration in RSUD OKU Timur has been effective, there are some parties who disagree with the remuneration. The disagreement of remuneration does not reduce employee performance in providing services to the community.
