This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of training on the perfomance of employees of PT. Dizamatra Powerindo, Kec. Gelumbang, Kab. Muara Enim, South Sumatera. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire technique by distributing questionnaires to 38 employees. The results of this study indicate that training has a significant effect on the perfomance of employees of PT. Dizamatra Powerindo, Kec. Gelumbang, Kab. Muara Enim, South Sumatera. Therefore, suggestions given to company leaders to improve better perfomance by holding training regularly, facilitating employees to attend training for employees to foster awareness and enthusiasm to improve employee perfomance through training.
