KONFLIK BATIN TOKOH DALAM NOVEL DI ATAS SINGGASANA CINTA KARYA SYFFANIS AMAAR DAN IMPLIKASINYA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SASTRA

- Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the inner conflict of characters in the novel Di atas Singgasana Cinta by Syffanis Amaar, published by PT Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri. The method used in analyzing the novel Di atas Singgasana Cinta by Syffanis Amaar Amaar used a qualitative descriptive method with a literary psychology approach. Data collection techniques in this study used the note taking technique. Data analysis techniques used the theory of psychoanalysis were the results (1) The form of inner conflict contained in the novel Di atas Singgasana Cinta , that is, expectations were not in accordance with reality and were in balance in facing problems. (2) Factors that cause inner conflict in the novel Di atas Singgasana Cinta , namely (a) Internal factors which consist of being anxious about his condition, jealous of the lives of others, self-loathing and distrust of God. (b) External factors which consist of unfair social environment and disappointment with the closest people. (3) Forms of problem solving contained in the novel Di atas Singgasana Cinta, namely, sublimation, projections, rationale, aggression and apathy. (4) The implication with literary learning in high school class XII odd semester in the 2013 curriculum namely basic competency (KD) 3.3 identifies information that includes orientation, sequence, interrelated events, complications, and resolution in historical novels.
