  • Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Musi is one of the public transportation with more passengers capacity and serving routes that connect several corridors. Inaccurate departing time of BRT Trans Musi will cause delay for bus the departure at bus stops in a corridor. Total Delay Management Const model is needed to determine the vehicle's decision to wait or not wait so as to minimize the delay at the final destination on the departure of BRT Trans Musi. This study examines the problem of Total Delay Management Const at BRT Trans Musi Corridor III Plaju - PS Mall, because this corridor has the longest route rather than other corridors and through many stops, as well as several transit stops that allow quite large delays to occur. Based on the results, in the first lane from the direction of Plaju - PS Mall, departure delay occurred for 36240 seconds (20 minutes/day), while in the second lane from the PS Mall - Plaju the departure delay occurred for 74202 seconds (41 minutes/day).
