  • The purpose of this research are (1) To know about assistance flow from klaster development program of Bank Indonesia and the relation with recent market system (2)to know about the members of Bank Indonesia’s klaster development program;s chilli marketing channel (3) To analyze the marketing efeciency, farmer’s and trader’s share, and monopoly index of the marketing channel. This research is using snowball methode and quota sampling technique. The research was started from muara burnai I village lempuing jaya subdistrict ogan komering ilir district. The retrieval of research data was conducted on April 2019 until completion. the collected data in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results in this research are (1) Most of the form of the assistance are training and infrastructure that help the chilly farming the relation with recent sistem is the assistance was stimulating the member of cluster progam to use auction system (2) The channel patern of saluran 1 is wholesaler – retailer – consumers and the patern of saluran 2 is collector – wholesaler – retailer - consumer (3) Institution which is dominating on this research is wholesaler, institution which has the biggest price percentage is wholesaler, and the marketing channel of Bank Indonesia’s cluster program’s members are eficient.
