- This research aims to identify and analyze how much the The Influence Of The Physical Work Environment On Performance General Worker And Spatial Planning Service Palembang. The population of this research is all employees of General Worker And Spatial Planning Service Palembang Agency that is numbered 53 employees. The method used to collect data in this research is census method. This research uses primary data collected through questionnaires and simple regression analysis method as data analysis technique. The result of the research shows that The Physical Work Environment has significant influence by 51,8% on employee performance. While, the remaining, 48,2% is influenced by other variables outside this research.
