  • This study aims to examine the effect of the current ratio, cash conversion cycle on profitability with company size as a moderating variable. The population in this study is the textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2018. Sampling using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 14 companies. The results of this study show that the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on return on assetsand the cash convertible cycle has a negative and significant effect on return on assets, company size does not moderate the effect of the current ratio on return on assets, company size strengthens the effect of the cash converasion cycleon return on assets. The implications in the research for companies that are textile and garment companies should pay more attention to the proportion of liquidity and manage working capital properly so as not to cause a decrease in profitability.
