The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how leadership styles affect employee performance in the PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan (Kebun Peninjauan Inti). The population of this study is the total number of employees of the production division of PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan (Kebun Peninjauan Inti) of 38 people. The sampling technique of this study used a saturated sample (census), so the sample of this study is of 38 people all over the production division of PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan (Kebun Peninjauan Inti). This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data-analysis techniques. Studies indicate that there us a positive and significant influence between leadership styles and employee performance.
