This study aimed to find out how the financial performance of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk and PT. Indofarma (Persero) Tbk for the period of 2015 – 2018 by using liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, solvability ratio and activity ratio as well as to find out the comparison of financial performance between PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk and PT. Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. This study used descriptive comparative with financial ratio analysis and independent sample T-Test as the analytical technique. The result of this study shows that overall financial performance of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk is better than PT. Indofarma (Persero) Tbk if it viewed by financial ratios, except WCTO ratio. While the views of different test using independent sample t-test shows that there is significant differences except QR, DAR, DER, TATO, WCTO, and FATO on financial performance between PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk and PT. Indofarma (Persero) Tbk.
