This research aims to describe and explain the work environment of a which would give effects on performance. This research took place in PT Pinago Utama (Kebun Sriwijaya Nusantara Sejahtera). Datas in this research are collected by questionnaire and interview. Population of this research is all office employee from PT. Pinago Utama (Kebun Sriwijaya Nusantara Sejahtera) in total 50 people. Sample for this research used saturated sampling with 55 employee for the sample. Method analysis of the data which used in this research is Simple Linear Regression. The result showed that there was positive and significant between physical work environment (X) on employees performance (Y). Keyword: Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance
