PENGARUH BIOPRIMING BENIH DENGAN BIAKAN CAIR JAMUR Trichoderma ENDOFIT TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN SERANGAN PENYAKIT LAYU Fusarium PADA SEMAI AKASIA (Acacia mangium)
Daftar Isi:
- This study aims to determine the effect of biopriming with Trichoderma endophytic fungus filtrate culture on the growth and attack of wilted acacia seedlings. Data were analyzed based on analysis of plant growth and disease. The study was conducted from August 2019 to December 2019. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 9 treatments 3 replications. Each treatment unit numbered 9 plants, so there were 81 plants. The treatments are P1 (Trichoderma 1 Concentration 100%), P2 (Trichoderma 1 Concentration 10%), P3 (Trichoderma 1 Concentration 1%), P4 (Trichoderma 1 Concentration 0,1%), P5 (Trichoderma 2 Concentration 100%) ), P6 (Trichoderma 2 Concentration 10%), P7 (Trichoderma 2 Concentration 1%), P8 (Trichoderma 2 Concentration 0,1%), and Control. The results showed that the use of endophytic Trichoderma mushrooms did not significantly affect acacia germination. The intensity and incidence of Fusarium wilt disease of plants using Trichoderma did not affect significantly, but at 5 MST plants treated with water / control priming showed higher intensity and incidence than other treatments. The treatment using endophytic Trichoderma mushroom significantly affected plant height, number of leaves, and root length.
