  • Stasiun Kaji produces hydrogen sulphide gas (H2S) as the area is an oil collector station. This Gas can cause a bad impact for health. Exposure to hydrogen sulphide (H2S) with low concentrations over a prolonged period of time can lead to permanent effects such as respiratory tract disorders, headaches, and chronic cough. The purpose of this research is to know the large risk of exposure to hydrogen sulphide gas (H2S) based on real-time exposure and life-time on workers in the Kaji Stasiun Area. This research is a type of quantitative study using the method of Environmental Health Risk Analysis (ARKL) Total respondents totalled 10 people. The results of this study showed an average of H2S concentrations of 0.2 ppm. The average rate of air intake containing H2S is 0.60 m3/hour. The average time duration of the H2S gas exposure is 9 years. The average weight of workers is 59 kg. The larger average real-time risk is 16.76 mg/kg/day and Lifetime 52.32 mg/kg/day, that real-time and life-time exposure of all workers gets an RQ value of > 1 which means large risks gained high and should be controlled with risk management. so it is recommended to reduce the value of concentration, exposure time, and frequency of exposure.
