This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment to employees' work motivation on PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Palembang project office. The data of this research come in the form of primary data which is obtained from questionnaires. This study used saturated sampling technique, where the entire population are used as respondents, amounting to 42 people. The method used for this study is simple linear regression method. The result showed that the physical work environment had a significant influenced to employees' work motivation on PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Palembang. The company should improve several things of physical work environment to increase employees' work motivation, such as lighting and air temperature.
