  • Management audit of human resources function at PT Rama Satria Wibawa Insurance Palembang aims to find out how the implementation of programs and activities of HR function and assess the effectiveness of the HR function at PT Rama Satria Wibawa Insurance Palembang. This is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The scope of this research is the function of human resources in PT Rama Satria Wibawa Insurance Palembang which includes: HR Planning, Recruitment, Employee Selection and Placement, Training and Development, Employee Performance Assessment and Termination of Employment. Data collection methods in this study are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis by comparing the three elements in management audit, namely criteria, causes and effects. The results of the study note that there is a function of human resources that has not been running effectively, namely in the function of HR planning and Employee Placement. Based on the findings of the weaknesses that occur, the writer here tries to provide advice and recommendations so that activities in the human resource function effectively.
