The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance at Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Data Collected using primary data collection, the questionnaire using purposive sampling technique. This study sampled as many as 30 employees of the financial sector at Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. From the result of statistical analytis of this research, there is a significant effect of work motivation and organizational commitment on the employee performance.
