STUDI KASUS KEBUTUHAN ALAT DAN MESIN PERTANIAN SERTA BIAYA INVESTASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS BERAS DI KABUPATEN BANYUASIN

- This study was aimsed to determine the number of equipment and machinery needed in Banyuasin District and the investment costs needed to increase rice productivity in Banyuasin Sub District, South Sumatra Province. The research was carried out in September 2019 to October 2019 at the Banyuasin Sub District Office of Food Crops and Horticulture, BPP (Service and Extension Agency) Office of Muara Telang District, Air Saleh District, and Muara Padang District. This study used a survey method, then the data were analyzed descriptively and presentation in the form of tabulation. The parameters used in this study were the development of the number of agricultural equipment and machinery, the level of sufficient agricultural machinery and investment costs. The level of adequacy of 2-wheeled tractor, 4-wheeled tractor and combine harvester was very limited, namely 21%, 3.7%, and 14.9% showed the three tools are needed because Banyuasin Regerency had total land area of 15,7104 ha while the availability of tools and very few agricultural machines.
