ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN ALAT DAN MESIN PERTANIAN SERTA BIAYA INVESTASI DALAM MENDUKUNG SWASEMBADA BERAS DI KABUPATEN LAHAT PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

- This research was aimed to determine the number of Agricultural equipment and machine needed and the investment costs needed to increase rice production in Lahat Regency, South Sumatera Province. The research was carried out in September 2019 to October 2019 at the Lahat Regency's Agriculture and Food Crops and Horticulture Office, BPP (Service and Extension Agency) Office of Pajar Bulan District, Tanjung Tebat District, South Sumatra Province. This research used descriptive method with presentation in the form of tabulation. The parameters used in this study are the development of the number of agricultural equipment and machinery, the level of sufficient agricultural machinery and investment costs. The results showed the adequacy level of 2-wheel tractors and rice grinding machines that was 105% and 423% or two-wheel tractors and rice grinding machines are included in more categories and the tool can be transferred to deficient districts. The level of adequacy that was included in the category of less that was a 4 wheel tractors, transplanter, combine harvester and power threser with a percentage of 39%, 46%, 16% and 10% or the amount needed to meet the shortcomings of the device was 11 units, 44 units, 21 units and 4,690 units. The level of adequacy of a flat bed dryer of 87% was included in the sufficient category, but the availability of tools was still lacking as many as 5 units.
