- The yard is one of the farms that utilizes the vacant land in the yard, the yard plants planted in this study are various kinds, including chili, mustard greens, horticulture plants, and others. The yard farming in Talang Keramat Village has been going pretty well, so the researcher conducted research on the development of yard farming with the behavior of knowledge sharing by looking at several factors including creativity, social support, appreciation, shared mentality, member diversity, team cohesiveness, education, extrinsic motivation, and social capital. The results of this study are almost all factors influence the behavior of knowledge sharing, except extrinsic motivation factor that do not influence the development of knowledge sharing behavior in the development of yard farming. The behavior of knowledge sharing provides social and environmental benefits for respondents
