- The Siger Tower building near the Bakauheni port is a landmark of Lampung. Siger Towes is also the gate of Lampung Province and greeting migrants from the sea. This building looks charming form a distance, but currently that was not maintained, less visitors with unclear building function. This final project offers a revitalization to change the image of the building and the area. Revitalization is done by adding a new function as the cultural center of Lampung. Concept of the design is regionalism which raising a local identity. This concept raises identity of Lampung cultural architecture in the form and space which the site placed on contour of hills. The pattern of spaces adapt the traditional house of Lampung which the entrance stairs with covered by roof, terrace (porch), and the main room of the building. The building fasade concept adopts a Lampung traditional house architecture with the ornaments. The shape of the roof considers the contextual with contour of hills. The site is must be connected to the Siger Tower. This realized by the existence of a pedestrian with trees pathway, a park, and an amphitheatre.
