- Travelling from Palembang to Kayu Agung will have several alternative public transport modes; bus, travel and public car. In this study, discuss about factors which affects the selection mode. Sensitivity analysis used for making mode choice model. The study starts from collecting data in Palembang and Kayu Agung, then using analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for analysis data. Analysis results from 400 respondents indicated the main factors affecting of mode choice are safety and comfortable 25.97% and public transport 24.65%. Sensitivity analysis result showing that increasing of travel time will make public car choice high than bus and travel car, but decreasing of safety and comfortable of mode choice will make public car and bus more high than travel car.
