- Indonesia as a developing country with the fourth most population in the world with 130.3 million women. In 2017 at there’s 4 million women and 64% of them are productive age women. The number of female job seekers in Palembang reaches 78% while job recipients only 50%. In addition, the high level of competition in the modern era requires women to have additional expertise in order to compete in the business world. Palembang currently has no integrated training and skills place and houses several trainings in one building specifically for women in an effort to have additional expertise. This training and skills center was built to meet the need for training and skills rooms for women. Designed with the needs of women and the building that looks feminist which is spychologically uplifting and secure. Clear section between public space, private space, women's space and equipped with a special room for children. The facade with this modern look.
