- Lampung Province is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has begun to follow global progress not only in economic development but also in infrastructure and bureaucracy. Therefore, in the development planning contained in the Environmental Management Plan (RTBL), there are infrastructure improvements to advance public services that involve the development of BAPPEDA, BAKESBANG, and BKD buildings. Based in Kota Baru, this area will become a special area to handle the bureaucracy which is the center of government. Everything that is a public service from the government will be centered in the Kota Baru area. BAPPEDA, BAKESBANG, and BKD were built in a linear footprint design, due to the attachment of the three buildings and the relationship between one building to another. Building design that will later show the side of the function and emphasize the line of the existence of the function in it will provide its own identity for buildings that have the concept of form follow function.
