Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency of Palembang, Palembang's Economic Growth Rate continues to increase each year. This indicates that the development was more successful and aroused the economic enthusiasm, and made Palembang have the potential for quite rapid development. The high activity that occurs is directly proportional to the increasing number of workers in Palembang. Ironically, the number of existing residential facilities compared to the total population growth in Palembang is still not balanced. Therefore, it can be concluded that Palembang needs facilities to accommodate some of those needs, such as mixed-building that prioritizes visitors' comfort factors, where each need is accommodated by spaces that have their own privacy for their users, especially for residential functions.
