Archival data management at the Palembang City Archives and Library Office is still not integrated because it still uses a conventional archive management system that is still done by archiving documents entered in a binder and stored in a box arranged on a document rack then in the data information document archives in write in the agenda book which would be difficult if you do a search for documents that have been archived. One alternative solution to the problem is to use an information storage and archive search system using the Indexing Field method.
