FAKTOR RISIKO PENURUNAN FUNGSI GINJAL PADA PASIEN LUPUS ERITEMATOSUS SISTEMIK ANAK RSMH PALEMBANG TAHUN 2017-2019

- Introduction: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic autoimmune. Systemic lupus erythematosus in children can affect several organs, one of them is kidney. Kidney involvement in pediatric SLE patients can cause lupus nephritis. Pediatric lupus nephritis in Indonesia occurs in 60-80% of SLE patients. The arm of this study risk factors for decreased renal function in pediatric with SLE patients. This research is a cross sectional study using medical record. Data retrieval conducted in October-November 2019 at the departement of the medical record DR. Mohammad Hosein Hospital Palembang with the period of data taken between 1 July 2017-1 June 2019, registry of nephrology and allergic immunology. The result of data retrieval obtained from 99 SLE patients and 9 patients were excluded because there were 1 patient >17 years old, 3 patients without urinalysis, 2 patients without height and 3 patients without creatinine ureum. The result from 90 patients SLE, there are 69 people (76.7%) who experience lupus nephritis. This study show decreaced renal function were significant affected by proteinuria (p= 0.005), hematuria (p= 0.010), hypoalbumin (p= 0.029), and hematological involvement (p= 0.023). Conclusion of this study is risk factor for between renal functions with proteinuria, hematuria, hypoalbumin, and hematological involvement with decreased renal function. While gender, age, diagnosed age, prolonged illness, leukocytouria, and other involvement extra renal not significant related with decreased renal function.
