  • Background: Endometriosis is a benign gynecological disorder characterized by the presence of endometrial glands and stroma in locations other than the endometrium. One of the symptoms associated with endometriosis is dysmenorrhea. Ca125 examination is performed on endometriosis patients because it is considered to be able to predict the endometriosis stage and determine the location of endometriosis before laparoscopy. Allegedly Ca125 levels and the degree of menstrual pain can indicate the stage of endometriosis. This study aims to determine the relationship between the endometriosis stage and the Ca125 levels and the degree of menstrual pain in endometriosis patients at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Method: This research was an observational analytic study with cross-sectional design.
