  • This study aims to determine the relationship between self-disclosure with self-adjustment in overseas students at Sriwijaya University. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between self-disclosure with adjustment in overseas students at Sriwijaya University. The population of this research is new students who are migrating and studying at Sriwijaya University. The sample of this study were 110 students and trials were 60 students. Sampling using a purposive technique. Measuring instruments using a scale of adjustment and self-disclosure refers to the adjustment characteristics of Haber and Runyon (1984) and the dimensions of self-disclosure from Wheeless and Grotz (1976). Data analysis uses Pearson product moment correlation technique. The results of the correlation analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between self disclosure and adjustment, with a value of p = 0,000 (p <0.05) and r = 0.379. Therefore, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
