  • Development of social arithmetic teaching materials for class VII based on android for learning problem solving has been carried out and tested on students of class VII, VIII and IX in SMP Negeri 10 Palembang. Development is carried out using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Data is collected through validation, observation and questionnaire sheets. The results of the study showed that the validity of the material and the media was based on comments and suggestions from the validator and one to one, after the improvement could be declared valid. The practicality score at the small group stage based on observations was 93.33% in the very practical category and the questionnaire was 75.67% in the practical category. Thus, class VII based Android social arithmetic teaching materials for learning problem solving are declared valid and practical.
