- The selection of appropriate and appropriate nurses at the hospital is one of the efforts of the hospital in screening the best nurses so that nurses can be selected in accordance with hospital needs. One of the hospitals that implements good nurses is the Islamic Hospital of R Rashid Palembang. The nurse selection process is systemized by having several criteria, namely assessing the value. Prayer Practice Values, Written Values, Certificates, and Interview Values However, the process has not been computerized, which causes hospitals to experience difficulties in processing the scores of nurses and hundreds of nurses' files, so that the selection of the right nurses is less than optimal. From this, the hospital requires a computerized and automated system for managing nurse values and data in order to optimize the nurse selection process. The right solution to overcome this is to build a Decision Support System for the selection of good and proper nurses at the Ar Rasyid Islamic Hospital in Palembang. By using the PROMETHEE method, it can filter nurses who number in the hundreds because this method is a method for solving problems and analyzing multicriteria by determining the order of priorities. Then the results of these calculations will provide solutions to some of the best alternatives based on the priority order or ranking of nurses.
