Data were collected by questionnaires and clinical diagnosis of scabies was established by the presence of at least 2 from 4 cardinal signs. Data were analyzed using chi-square test and logistic regression analysis. Result: The prevalence of scabies in Subulussalam orphanage and Darul Aitam orphanage is 38,7% (36 respondents) which based on the cardinal signs. Statistic test shows probability score for correlation of knowledge, attitude, and behavior with scabies incidence were 0.003 (p < 0.05), 0.041 (p < 0.05), and 0.002 (p<0.05). Conclusion: There were correlation of knowledge, attitude, and behavior (habit) with prevalence of scabies.
